"Volets du Luberon" is inspired by the colours of the house shutters in the hilltop villages of the Luberon , Provence in France and the natural earth pigments I used to paint the cloth were bought at the Ochre Conservatoire in the local town of Roussillon where ochre has been mined for centuries.
